3. Time limit for return and exchange:
1. Domestic customers can exchange goods within 30 days from the date of delivery by our side.
2. Domestic customers can return the goods within seven days from the date of purchase from us.

4. Return and exchange procedures:
1. If you meet the conditions for return or exchange, please contact the company by phone before returning or
exchanging the goods, and inform the product name, quantity, address, etc. of the goods to be returned or
exchanged, or log on to the company's website to download and truthfully , Fill out the "Return/Exchange
Registration Form" accurately and fax it to our company. After our company receives the "Return/Exchange
Registration Form", our after-sales service specialist will immediately get in touch with the return or
exchange person. Respond to the return and exchange request of the return and exchange person.
2. The returned and exchanged goods will be uniformly checked and accepted by the logistics department of the
company. After the goods are checked and accepted, the supervisor of the logistics department will submit the
"Return/Exchange Registration Form" to the director of the company's business department for preliminary review
and signature. After the director confirms the signature, it will be submitted to the vice president in charge
for review and signature , and then report to the president for approval before allowing return or exchange.
3. After the return or exchange is approved, the person in charge of the logistics department will immediately
contact the returner or exchanger and notify the returner or exchanger to send the returned or exchanged goods
to our company.
5. How to deal with refunds:
For the refund caused by the returned goods, we will reflect it into the customer's account
balance after we receive the returned goods and check and accept them. Customers can
